flowsleek specializes in digital goods and services. Please note that all payments, fees, and charges for these digital products are non-refundable. This policy helps us maintain fairness and transparency in all transactions.

Subscription Policy

1.   Automatic Renewal

When you subscribe to any flowsleek plan, your subscriptionwill automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. This feature is enabled by default to ensure uninterrupted service.

2.     Cancellation Responsibility

It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription through your flowsleek account if you no longer wish to continue. flowsleek is not responsible for any charges resulting from a failure to cancel before renewal.

3.     Cancellation Timing

4.   Refund Eligibility

If you have not accessed or used any Flowsleek services, components, or assets, you may request a full refund within 7 business days from the purchase date. Refund requests must be submitted from the email address associated with your Flowsleek account.

5.   Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscriptions, refund requests are acceptedwithin 7 business days of the renewal date. Please note that some transactionfees related to annual plans may be non-refundable.

6.   Other Refunds

Refunds will be granted in cases of incorrect billing due totechnical errors or fraudulent activity. However, if your account is terminateddue to a violation of Flowsleek Terms of Service, you will not be eligiblefor any refunds.
